Tortillas with Chicken

  • Tortillas
  • 400g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
  • 100g canned corn
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tomato and ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Add the yoghurt in a bowl
  2. Add the mustard, the lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  3. Mix all the ingredients
  4. Chop the iceberg lettuce and tomato
  5. Add olive oil and fry the chicken fillet, in a frying pan
  6. Remove the chicken from the pan add salt & pepper
  7. Cut the chicken into thin strips

Serving:

  • Put a tortilla on a plate
  • Pour chopped lettuce and tomato
  • Add corn and chicken
  • Add the yoghurt mixture
  • Finally, place another tortilla on top and cut into 4 pieces
