1 package of sharp macaroni
1 lt Koukakis Farm full-fat milk
50g Koukakis farm butter
50g flour
300g bacon
200g Koukakis Farm semi-hard cheese
300gr Koukakis Farm grated hard cheese
2 eggs
Salt & Pepper
Boil the macaroni
Chop the bacon
Beat the 2 eggs, in a bowl
Add the flour and mix
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the bacon
Transfer the mixture in a larger bowl
Add milk, bacon, semi-hard cheese, and grated hard cheese
Add salt and pepper and mix
Butter a pyrex and add the boiled macaroni and the mixture
Bake in the oven, at 180 degrees, for 10 to 15 minutes
Serving
Serve the soufflé in a dish, cut in pieces
