Home made ice cream with yoghurt

  • 1kg Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt 2%
  • 500g whipping cream
  • 300g powdered sugar
  • 300g fruit pieces
  1. Add the yoghurt in the mixer’s bowl
  2. Add the powdered sugar
  3. Whip for 3 minutes
  4. Add the whipping cream
  5. Whip until thoroughly combined
  6. Transfer the mixture to a bowl
  7. Freeze the mixture for 30 minutes
  8. Remove it from the freezer, add the pieces of fruits and mix
  9. Leave it in the freezer until it freezes completely

Serving:

  • Serve in a bowl for ice cream
  • Garnish with pieces of fruits
