½ kg chickpeas
200g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
100g olive oil
1 onion
¼ tsp. cumin
½ bunch parsley
1 tbs. tahini
Juice of a lemon and its zest
Chives
Salt & Pepper
Soak the chickpeas, in a bowl of water
Boil the chickpeas until they soften
Chop the onion
In a bowl, mix together yoghurt with tahini, chives, lemon juice, salt, pepper
Combine chickpeas, lemon zest, onion, parsley, olive oil, in another bowl
Add salt and pepper
Serving:
Serve the chickpeas on a dish and add the yoghurt mixture above
