Koukakis Farm is the first Greek dairy company to receive 2 Crystal Awards in the Kefir category!

The Classic Kefir and the Red Fruits Kefir have been awarded for the 3rd and 4th consecutive year, respectively, with the top 3-star rating at the 2024 International Taste Awards in Brussels. These are two exceptionally important distinctions for Koukakis Farm, as it becomes the first company to receive 2 Crystal Awards in the Kefir category.

The iTi Superior Taste Awards are the only quality seal in taste awarded by opinion leaders — Michelin-starred chefs and sommeliers. The iTi judging panel, composed of experts from 17 different countries, includes members of highly prestigious culinary organizations across Europe, such as Maîtres Cuisiniers of France, Académie Culinaire de France, Hellenic Chef’s Association, Academy of Culinary Arts, Euro-Toques, Federazione Italiana Cuochi, Nordic Chefs Association, Asociación de Cocineros de España, World Master Chefs Society, and Verband der Köche Deutschlands.


During the evaluation process, each product undergoes blind tasting, strictly following the rules of sensory analysis.
